Job Details
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Business Administration,  or a related field. 
  • Food safety and hygiene certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in the hotel industry. 
  • Previous supervisory or executive-level experience in a restaurant, banquet, or hotel F&B environment. 
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet service, menu planning, and service standards. 
  • Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and operational procedures. 
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate F&B team members. 
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 
  • Able to handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally. 
  • Familiar with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. 
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
