F&B MANAGER /ASSISTANT F&B MANAGER

Job Details
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field. 
  • Food safety and hygiene certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment. 
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial position. 
  • Experience in managing restaurants, banquet operations, events, and/or hotel outlets is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Good knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and food safety practices. 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Able to manage staff scheduling, manpower planning, and daily operations. 
  • Good knowledge of cost control, inventory, purchasing, and budgeting. 
  • Able to monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue. 
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and F&B/POS systems. 
  • Able to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced environment. 
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. 
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

F&B MANAGER /ASSISTANT F&B MANAGER (Bintulu, Sarawak), Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field, Minimum 3–5 years, managing restaurants, banquet operations, events, and/or hotel outlets. 5.
