Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks and coordinate with customer service operation team
  • Collection and Banking
  • Maintain proper filing of administrative documentations
  • Assist in customer service reception and perform other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ of working experience in administrative functions including Book-keeping
  • Proficient in software applications especially Microsoft Office
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

2. PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE - SERVICE CENTRE (Kuching), Minimum Diploma/Degree holder; 3 to 5 years’ of working experience; Ensure compliance on regulatory.
3. CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE (Kuching), Minimum Diploma/Degree holder; Working experience in automotive industry is preferably; Attend to tribunal common claims.
4. SERVICE ADVISOR (Kuching), Minimum Diploma holder; Attend promptly to customers’ needs; Fresh graduates in Hospitality Management are encouraged to apply.
