Job Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks and coordinate with customer service operation team
- Collection and Banking
- Maintain proper filing of administrative documentations
- Assist in customer service reception and perform other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years’ of working experience in administrative functions including Book-keeping
- Proficient in software applications especially Microsoft Office
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
