PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE - SERVICE CENTRE

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workshop operations and repair workflow
• Monitor technician productivity, job progress and vehicle delivery
• Ensure compliance on regulatory
• Ensure service quality, SOP compliance and efficient turnaround time
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts Team
• Drive continuous improvement in workshop performance

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Automotive, Engineering or related field
• 3 to 5 years’ of working experience in automotive workshop operations
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of workshop processes and productivity improvement
• Result-oriented with good problem-solving ability
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
