Job Responsibilities:
Manage an authorized Toyota dealership service centre
Achieve monthly sales, unit and quality targets
Develop and motivate aftersales staff
Focus on customers’ satisfaction activities
Regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Degree Holder preferably in Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

2. PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE - SERVICE CENTRE (Kuching), Minimum Diploma/Degree holder; 3 to 5 years’ of working experience; Ensure compliance on regulatory.
3. CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE (Kuching), Minimum Diploma/Degree holder; Working experience in automotive industry is preferably; Attend to tribunal common claims.
4. SERVICE ADVISOR (Kuching), Minimum Diploma holder; Attend promptly to customers’ needs; Fresh graduates in Hospitality Management are encouraged to apply.
5. ADMIN ASSISTANT (SERVICE CENTRE) (Kuching), Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma; Minimum 1-2 years’ of working experience; Collection and Banking.
