SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend promptly to customers’ needs in servicing and repairing of vehicles
• Provide advice to customers on proper maintenance of their vehicles
• Ensure effective implementations of customer’s retention activities
• Assist in achieving outlet’s servicing target, KPI and customers satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Fresh graduates in Hospitality Management are encouraged to apply
• Result-oriented, energetic and self-motivated
• Possess a valid driving licence
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
