Minimum 2 years experience in wholesale, logistics, B2B operations, or supply chain
Experience managing multiple concurrent orders and delivery schedules
Strong client communication skills — manages expectations and resolves issues professionally
Highly organised and process-driven — relies on systems, not memory
Experience managing drivers or logistics staff is an advantage
Proficiency in WhatsApp and basic order management tools
Willingness to work early starts and weekends as required
Driving licence is an advantage
