Experience supervising or coordinating a small team
Strong attention to detail — pricing, labelling, expiry management, and product placement
Customer-service oriented — handles queries and complaints professionally
Physically active — prolonged standing, lifting, floor movement
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
Familiarity with grocery ordering and supplier liaison is an advantage
