
STORE & CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT - Kuching (GalaCity)
Minimum 2 years in customer service, cashier, or retail front-end role
Experience supervising or leading a small team
Confident with POS systems, payment processing, and till reconciliation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — handles difficult situations with composure
Comfortable making decisions independently when management is unavailable
High emotional intelligence — reads situations before reacting
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
Duty manager or acting supervisor experience is an advantage
