
MEAT & BUTCHERY HEAD OF DEPARTMENT - Kuching (GalaCity)
Minimum 1 to 2 years proven experience as a butcher or in meat preparation
Knowledge of meat cuts, processing techniques, and food safety protocols
Physical stamina — cold environments, heavy lifting, prolonged standing
Uncompromising personal hygiene and food safety standards
Good communication skills — customer advisory and supplier liaison
Experience managing or training junior staff is an advantage
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
Food Handling Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
