MEAT & BUTCHERY HEAD OF DEPARTMENT - Kuching (GalaCity)
Minimum 1 to 2 years proven experience as a butcher or in meat preparation
Knowledge of meat cuts, processing techniques, and food safety protocols
Physical stamina — cold environments, heavy lifting, prolonged standing
Uncompromising personal hygiene and food safety standards
Good communication skills — customer advisory and supplier liaison
Experience managing or training junior staff is an advantage
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
Food Handling Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

 

ADVERTISER - 1. FRESH PRODUCE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT (Kuching (GalaCity)), Minimum 2 years experience in fresh produce, retail, or food service, Knowledge of produce handling, cold chain, and food safety standards
2. MEAT & BUTCHERY HEAD OF DEPARTMENT (Kuching (GalaCity)), Minimum 1 to 2 years proven experience as a butcher or in meat preparation, Food Handling Certification is a plus
3. GROCERY DEPARTMENT HEAD OF DEPARTMENT (Kuching (GalaCity)), Minimum 2 years experience in grocery retail, supermarket, or FMCG, Familiarity with planograms, FIFO stock rotation, and retail shelf standards
4. STORE & CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT (Kuching (GalaCity)), Minimum 2 years in customer service, cashier, or retail front-end role, Experience supervising or leading a small team
5. B2B & WHOLESALE SUPERVISOR (Kuching (GalaCity)), Minimum 2 years experience in wholesale, logistics, B2B operations, or supply chain, Proficiency in WhatsApp and basic order management tools
