FRESH PRODUCE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT

FRESH PRODUCE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT - Kuching (GalaCity)
Minimum 2 years experience in fresh produce, retail, or food service
Knowledge of produce handling, cold chain, and food safety standards
Physical stamina — standing, lifting, and working in chilled environments
Strong attention to detail and high personal hygiene standards
Good communication, supplier liaison, and team management skills
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required
Food Handling Certification is a plus
