What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to standard recipes, presentation, and taste guidelines.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and portion control.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently to minimize waste.
Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards in the kitchen, equipment, and storage areas.
Manage kitchen inventory, check stock levels, and place orders for fresh produce, meat, and supplies.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and updating daily or seasonal specials.
Supervise and coordinate with kitchen assistants to ensure smooth workflow during service.
Comply with all food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with the F&B team to maintain consistent service quality and guest satisfaction.
What we're looking for
Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight service deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on taste, presentation, and quality.
Organized, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
