
HOTEL SUPERVISOR - De House Hotel Sibu
What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate the work of front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Oversee the handling of guest queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Assist in the preparation of staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage across all shifts
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Provide training and support to hotel staff to maintain high standards of performance
Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve hotel operations
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality supervisory role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant technologies
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
