FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR - Outright Coffee Sibu
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the hotel's restaurants and catering services
Ensuring exceptional customer service by training, mentoring, and managing a team of food and beverage staff
Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing the food and beverage budget
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards to maintain the highest levels of quality and efficiency
Collaborating with the kitchen team to plan and execute special events, banquets, and promotional activities
Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Analyzing sales data and providing recommendations to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
Familiarity with food safety regulations and hotel operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

DE HOUSE HOTEL SDN BHD - 1. HOTEL SUPERVISOR (De House Hotel Sibu), Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality supervisory role, Manage and coordinate the work of front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel staff, Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
2. FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR (Outright Coffee Sibu), Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants and catering services, Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
3. ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (De House Hotel Sibu), fresh graduates are welcome to apply, Prepare payment to suppliers according to agreed credit terms, Good communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills, Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, email)
4. BARISTA (Outright Coffee Sibu), fresh graduates & trainees are welcome, Prepare Coffee Beverages, Engage with Customers, Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and counting inventory, Flexibility to work shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
5. CHEF (Outright Coffee Sibu), Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards, Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to standard recipes, Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight service deadlines
