QAQC ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR - Kuching
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building Construction, or related field.
Strong knowledge of architectural works, materials, finishes, and workmanship standards.
Familiar with QAQC documentation, inspection procedures, and ISO requirements (if applicable)
Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Good coordination and communication skills with consultants and site teams
Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prepare clear and accurate safety reports
Job Description:
Coordinate and implement QAQC procedures for all architectural works on site.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Conduct inspections and monitor workmanship quality to ensure works meet approved standards and project specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams on QAQC matters and architectural issues.
Prepare, review, and submit QAQC documents including inspection checklists, NCRs, method statements, and material approvals. 
Identify quality issues and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure architectural works comply with statutory requirements, codes, and safety standards
