
PROJECT ADMIN CUM LEGAL ADVISOR - Kuching
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years relevant working experience in administration and legal support
Familiar with contract management, basic corporate law, and regulatory compliance
Experience in construction, property development, or project-based industries is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience in construction / property projects is an advantage
Job Description:
Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams
Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation (reports, correspondence, contracts, records)
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Monitor project timelines, submissions, and deliverables
Liaise with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and authorities Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
Handle legal correspondence and liaise with external lawyers, authorities, and consultants
Provide basic legal advice on project, contractual, and corporate matters
Assist in risk assessment, dispute resolution, and claims management
Monitor contract obligations, expiry dates, and renewal requirements
