Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision
Possess good negotiation skills
Job Description:
Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
Assist in cost control, budgeting, and value engineering
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on cost-related matters
Support the Quantity Surveyor in day-to-day project operations
