PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Salary: Starting from RM2,700 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Work location: Sejingkat, Kuching, Sarawak

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory production activities and workers.
• Ensure production follows approved schedules, drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor materials, machinery operations and production progress.
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness and employee discipline.
• Prepare daily production reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in precast concrete or manufacturing.
• Good supervisory and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet production targets.
