PRODUCTION MANAGER

Salary: Starting from RM5,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Work location: Sejingkat, Kuching, Sarawak

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee daily factory production operations.
• Ensure production targets, product quality and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Supervise production teams and manage manpower allocation effectively.
• Monitor material usage, production costs and machinery efficiency.
• Ensure workplace safety and implement continuous production improvements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in precast concrete production or related manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of prestressed concrete and reinforced concrete (RC) piles is an advantage.
