STRUCTURAL & FORMWORK DRAFTER

STRUCTURAL & FORMWORK DRAFTER - Kuching
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare formwork erection drawings for precast components.
Prepare and revise structural and precast shop drawings based on engineering requirements.
Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D illustrations/models for precast and formwork works.
Assist in quantity take-off from drawings.
Assist the Engineering team with basic calculations and technical drawings.
Prepare drawing revisions based on comments from Engineers, consultants and project teams.
Coordinate with the Engineering and Production teams to ensure drawings are suitable for fabrication and   site installation.
Maintain proper drawing records, revisions and documentation.
Perform other drafting and technical duties assigned by the superior
 ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT:
Minimum SPM with relevant drafting experience, or Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting,   Construction Technology or related field. 
Preferably 2–3 years of relevant working experience, particularly with a structural design consultant, precast   company or construction industry. 
Proficient in AutoCAD. 
Knowledge of SolidWorks or other 3D design/modelling software is an added advantage. 
Able to read and understand structural, precast and formwork drawings. 
Basic knowledge of quantity take-off and construction measurements. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. 
Detail-oriented with good drawing accuracy and able to work independently.
