DRAFTER / DRAUGHTSMAN - Kuching, Sarawak (Demak Laut)
Requirements / Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, Construction or other related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches and technical specifications.
Basic understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including telecommunication towers, rooftop sites,   equipment layouts and cable routing, will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical or electrical drawings will be an added advantage.
Good attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to learn and adapt to client-specific drawing standards and requirements.
Responsibilities
Prepare and update technical drawings for telecommunications projects using AutoCAD.
Produce site drawings such as site layouts, equipment layouts, tower and rooftop drawings, cable routing,   earthing layouts and related technical details.
Prepare and revise drawings based on site survey information, engineering designs and client requirements.
Prepare as-built drawings upon completion of installation or site works.
Assist engineers and project teams in preparing drawings required for project submission, implementation and   approval.
Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
Maintain proper drawing numbering, revision control and filing of all technical drawings.
Update drawings according to comments, design changes and site conditions.
Coordinate with engineers, project teams and site personnel to obtain accurate information for drawing   preparation.
Ensure drawings are completed and submitted within the required project timeline.
