Key Responsibilities
Site Inspections: Conduct routine checks on rebar, formwork, concrete, and mechanical/electrical installations. Ensure they strictly follow approved blueprints and standards
Quality Documentation: Prepare and collate construction records, inspection checklists, test reports, and final handover certificates.
Defect Management: Identify poor workmanship or non-conformance, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on rectification works and snag lists.
Client Coordination: Liaise with main contractors, resident engineers, and clients for joint inspections, material approvals, and Hold/Witness points.

Requirements
Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Local Certification: A valid CIDB Green Card is mandatory to enter any construction site in Malaysia.
