Core Responsibilities
Construction Supervision: Oversee daily on-site operations for structural, civil, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works, while directly supervising the Inspector of Works (IOW).
Quality & Compliance: Conduct material inspections, enforce QA/QC procedures, and address any non-compliance or structural defects immediately.
Contract Administration: Track project timelines, verify the contractor's progress claims (verifying measurements and costs), and manage technical documentations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Lead or attend regular site and technical meetings, serving as the bridge between clients, contractors, and local authorities.

Requirements
Education & Licensing: A recognized Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. The candidate must be registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and generally hold a valid CIDB Green Card.
Experience: 5 years of relevant site and project management experience
Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with local standards (such as JKR or local municipal bylaws) and proficiency in site-based report writing.
