SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR - Kuching
Responsibility:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in   accordance with project requirements.
Lead and allocate daily tasks to workers, subcontractors, and plant operators.
Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment utilisation, and report any issues promptly.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
Conduct routine site inspections, monitor work quality, and report equipment defects or maintenance   requirements.
Verify material requirements, maintain site records, and prepare daily reports.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and HSE requirements, including conducting daily   toolbox meetings.
Requirements: 
SPM, diploma, or equivalent qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in roads, infrastructure or civil construction projects.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, machinery and safe work practices.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel or be stationed at project sites as required
