PROJECT MANAGER - Kuching
Responsibility:
Lead and manage construction projects from commencement to successful completion.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress, quality, safety, cost and schedule.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.
Manage project team, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
Resolve technical and site issues while identifying and mitigating project risks.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Chair site meetings and prepare project progress reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
