ADMIN ASSISTANT
Key responsibilities
Managing and maintaining office administrative systems, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing documentation to relevant stakeholders
Handling correspondence, emails and telephone communications in a professional manner
Preparing and processing administrative documentation, reports and presentations
Assisting with expense tracking, invoicing and general accounting support as required
Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operational continuity
Supporting various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Greeting visitors and providing administrative support to senior management as needed
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role within a professional environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal Mandarin is an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Professional demeanour and discretion when handling sensitive information
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands
Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping procedures is desirable
