ARCHITECT ENGINEER
Key responsibilities
Develop architectural designs and technical drawings in accordance with project specifications and client   requirements
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and project planning
Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and technical reports
Conduct quality inspections during various construction phases to ensure compliance with design intent and   standards
Manage and coordinate architectural and engineering design elements with construction teams on-site
Liaise with clients and project managers to address design-related queries and modifications
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Utilise computer-aided design (CAD) software and Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools to create detailed   technical documentation
Contribute to project cost optimisation whilst maintaining design quality and integrity
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognised institution
Professional registration or licensure as an Architect or Engineer with relevant local regulatory bodies
Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in architectural design and engineering project delivery
Proficiency in CAD software and BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent programmes
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards applicable to Malaysian c  onstruction practices
Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and clients
Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage design challenges under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably Mandarin-speaking candidates   who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
Experience in large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects is highly desirable
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards is advantageous
