SITE SUPERVISOR
Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring all work progresses in accordance with project   plans, specifications, and timelines
Manage and motivate construction teams, including labourers and tradespeople, to maintain productivity and   meet performance standards
Conduct daily safety briefings and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and   company policies
Monitor material usage and inventory levels, liaising with procurement teams to ensure adequate supplies for   ongoing works
Record and maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports, and quality control records
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, escalating concerns to project management when necessary
Ensure all site areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with environmental regulations
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain transparency and   manage expectations
Conduct tool box talks and toolbox meetings to promote a positive safety culture amongst the workforce
Support quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision or a similar supervisory role
Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites and leading teams
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and site compliance requirements
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure
Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Relevant certifications such as CIDB registration, first aid certification, and safety training are advantageous
Fluency in English and Malay; can speak Mandarin is a plus
Computer literacy and familiarity with site management software is preferred
