ASSISTANT CHEF
Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts
Minimum 3 years’ experience in professional kitchens
Knowledge of cooking techniques and food quality control
HACCP certification preferred
Able to work under pressure
Manage and support kitchen operations including food preparation, menu planning, quality control, and inventory management, ensuring consistent high-quality dining, compliance with food safety standards, and efficient execution of daily meals and events
