OPERATION MANAGER
Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field
3–5 years’ experience in operations/hospitality
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge in facility management and procurement
High integrity, disciplined, flexible working hours

Oversee and support daily residence operations, including staff supervision, service coordination, event management, budgeting, procurement, and administrative functions, while ensuring maintenance, safety compliance, adherence to SOPs, and effective Liaise with stakeholders under strict confidentiality and protocol standards
