ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Business or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Flexible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
Operations (Operation Manager / Asst. Operation Manager)
Oversee and support daily residence operations, including staff supervision, service coordination, event management, budgeting, procurement, and administrative functions, while ensuring maintenance, safety compliance, adherence to SOPs, and effective Liaise with stakeholders under strict confidentiality and protocol standards
