SENIOR CHEF
Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in high-end kitchens
Strong knowledge of international cuisine and food presentation
HACCP certification or equivalent preferred
Experience serving VIP/VVIP events
Manage and support kitchen operations including food preparation, menu planning, quality control, and inventory management, ensuring consistent high-quality dining, compliance with food safety standards, and efficient execution of daily meals and events
