PROJECT ENGINEER

PROJECT ENGINEER - Kuching
Requirements:
4-6 years relevant working experience 
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (C&S / M&E), Building Surveying, Architecture or equivalent. 
Proficient in Ms Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word 
Able to communicate with consultants and relevant parties is required for this position. 
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines. 
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills. 
Relevant experience in Property Development or Construction Field is an added advantage 
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Jobs and Responsibilities:
To assist the Project Manager on all aspects of project development / construction. 
To liaise with Authorities, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure construction works are carried out on time and to quality standards. 
To coordinate and support site team on drawings/instructions pertaining to the project 
To assist on coordination of design and technical related matters with design and consultant team 
To participate in project planning from planning, construction and until project completion 
To monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion within the deadline and according to the approved drawings and specifications. 
To assist in implementing quality & risk management system 
To ensure proper document control 
Other tasks and assignments assigned by the superior as and when necessary
