SITE SUPERVISOR

SITE SUPERVISOR - Kuching
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Certificate in Construction / Civil Engineering or relevant working experience. 
At least 2–3 years of experience in construction site supervision (housing / building projects preferred). 
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and understand basic construction methods. 
Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and internal team. 
Familiar with basic site documentation (daily report, inspection checklist, progress tracking). 
Knowledge of site safety practices is a must. 
Responsible, firm, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. 
Willing to work on-site.
Jobs and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are executed according to schedule, drawings, and specifications. 
Monitor subcontractors and workers on-site to ensure productivity, workmanship quality, and compliance to work procedures. 
Ensure site works comply with safety requirements and maintain a clean, safe, and organised site environment. 
Conduct daily site inspection and report progress, issues, and site conditions to Project Engineer / Project Manager.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team for site execution, inspections, and rectification works. 
Verify materials delivered to site are correct and in good condition before use. 
Prepare and submit daily site reports including manpower tracking, work progress, and any site incidents. 
Assist in checking and verifying completed works before submission for inspection, handover, or claims. 
Ensure tools, equipment, and site resources are properly maintained and used correctly.
