CAD DRAFTER / BIM MODELLER - Kuching
Responsibilities: 
Prepare and produce 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD based on design requirements.
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit or other BIM software.
Assist engineers and project teams in preparing detailed construction drawings and documentation.
Update and revise drawings and BIM models according to design changes and project requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings and models.
Support BIM coordination and clash detection when required.
Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards, specifications, and company procedures.
Maintain proper drawing registers, documentation, and version control.
Requirement 
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in drafting or BIM modelling (fresh graduates with strong software skills may be considered).
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Experience in Autodesk Revit or BIM software will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
Able to meet project deadlines and manage multiple drawing revisions.
