SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Responsibilities:
Sales
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients (developers, contractors, architects, consultants)
Present and promote our digital construction products and services through demos and pitches
Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions (e.g. BIM services, software tools, project digitization)
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics
Attend industry events, webinars, and client meetings to generate leads
Marketing
Produce high-quality content: blog posts, social media content, case studies, whitepapers, product videos
Translate technical topics like BIM workflows, digital twin integration, or AI in construction into accessible content
Collaborate with internal teams to develop content aligned with sales and brand goals
Manage content calendar and contribute to digital campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, email marketing)
Monitor content performance and optimize for engagement and conversion
Requirement:
2+ years experience in a combined sales and content or marketing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing tools)
Self-driven, creative thinker with strong organizational skills
Degree or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
