ACCOUNT AND ADMIN CLERKS - Kuching
Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties
Record and maintain daily financial transactions with accuracy.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Assist in monthly closing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
Support payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and suppliers when required.
Handle ad hoc administrative and finance tasks to support smooth operations.
Administrative Duties
Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and coordinating office activities.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for compliance.
Support HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks when required.
Take care of office cleanliness and ensure a tidy, professional working environment.
Handle ad hoc assignments such as liaising with suppliers, arranging logistics, or assisting in company events.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Business Administration or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Professional attitude with flexibility to handle ad hoc assignments.
