4D PLANNER - Kuching, Bintulu, Miri, WM
Responsibilities: 
Learn various latest engineering technical tools and software.
Acquire professional knowledge required by the industry.
Coordinate with clients, associates, and consultants on design, submission, and implementation of BIM.
Ensure drawings and plans are submitted on time.
In charge of construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using BIM software.
Execute 2D to solid 3D conversion.
Monitoring/checking for any clashes in the 3D model.
Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there are any changes.
Perform 4D progress schedule updating on the BIM model.
Ensure all guidelines and government standards are observed.
Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform tasks as assigned.
Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and other disciplines.
Deliver CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination.
Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field 
Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field (Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management).
At least 3 years’ experience in BIM Modelling.
MBOT certified Technician / Technologists accreditation.
Experienced in the use of 3D Modelling software such as Autodesk Revit.
Familiar with the principles of project planning, scheduling, and controlling.
Interest in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry.
