SENIOR PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build strong supplier and subcontractor relationships.
• Coordinate specifications, pricing, delivery, and logistics with vendors.
• Negotiate competitive terms to maximize cost savings and value.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ procurement experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and planning skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
