Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, bill of quantities, and tender documentation for construction projects.
- Handle contract documentation, submissions, and cost evaluations.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage progress claims and interim payments in coordination with project teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
