SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities: 
 

• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients (developers, contractors, architects, consultants)
• Present and promote our digital construction products and services through demos and pitches
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions (e.g. BIM services, software tools, project digitization)
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics
• Attend industry events, webinars, and client meetings to generate leads Marketing
• Produce high-quality content: blog posts, social media content, case studies, whitepapers, product videos
• Translate technical topics like BIM workflows, digital twin integration, or AI in construction into accessible content
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content aligned with sales and brand goals
• Manage content calendar and contribute to digital campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, email marketing)
• Monitor content performance and optimize for engagement and conversion

Requirement:
 

• 2+ years experience in a combined sales and content or marketing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing tools)
• Self-driven, creative thinker with strong organizational skills
• Degree or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
