4D PLANNER

Responsibilities: 
 

• Learn various latest engineering technical tools and software.
• Acquire professional knowledge required by the industry.
• Coordinate with clients, associates, and consultants on design, submission, and implementation of BIM.
• Ensure drawings and plans are submitted on time.
• In charge of construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using BIM software.
• Execute 2D to solid 3D conversion.
• Monitoring/checking for any clashes in the 3D model.
• Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there are any changes.
• Perform 4D progress schedule updating on the BIM model.
• Ensure all guidelines and government standards are observed.
• Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform tasks as assigned.
• Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and other disciplines.
• Deliver CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination.

Requirement:
 

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
• Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) or related field (Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management).
• At least 3 years’ experience in BIM Modelling.
• MBOT certified Technician / Technologists accreditation.
• Experienced in the use of 3D Modelling software such as Autodesk Revit.
• Familiar with the principles of project planning, scheduling, and controlling.
• Interest in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry.
