QUALIFICATION :
 

• Degree/Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 8–10 years construction experience, including managerial roles.
• Strong leadership and project management capability.
• Familiar with CIDB, JKKP, JKR standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure progress, safety, cost control, and quality compliance.
• Prepare work programmers, method statements, and reports.
• Conduct site meetings and resolve technical challenges.
• Liaise with clients and authorities.
