BUILDING SUPERVISOR  (1-2 open positions)

QUALIFICATION :
 

• Certificate/Diploma in Building or Facility Management.
• 2–3 years property/facility experience.
• Good understanding of building operations and basic M&E.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

• Oversee building operations including housekeeping, security, landscape, and soft services.
• Inspect building condition and follow up with rectification work.
• Supervise cleaners, guards, gardeners, and technicians.
• Ensure safety, signage, and SOP compliance.
• Handle tenant feedback, incidents, and daily building issues.
