M&E SUPERVISOR

M&E SUPERVISOR (1-2 open positions)

QUALIFICATION :
 

• Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years M&E maintenance experience
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, pumps, DBs, control panels, plumbing, CCTV/ELV.
• Strong supervision and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work shifts and on-call.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

• Supervise technical teams handling electrical, mechanical, and ELV systems.
• Plan daily work schedule, preventive maintenance, and rectification tasks.
• Troubleshoot building systems and utilities.
• Conduct inspections, T&C, and safety checks.
• Prepare log sheets, reports, and equipment records.
