M&E ENGINEER

M&E ENGINEER (1-2 open positions)

QUALIFICATION :
 

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
• 3–5 years building services or facility engineering experience.
• Strong preventive and predictive maintenance knowledge.
• Familiar with MSIEC, UBBL, BOMBA, ST requirements.
• Good project and technical reporting skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

• Lead engineering operations for electrical, mechanical, ACMV, and ELV systems.
• Analyse faults and recommend improvement solutions.
• Review drawings, asset lists, and maintenance records.
• Prepare engineering reports and improvement proposals.
• Support audits, compliance, and T&C.
