QAQC ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures in accordance with project specifications and relevant standards.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
• Reviewing construction drawings, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and other quality-related documents.
• Coordinating material inspections, sampling, testing, and laboratory tests to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Preparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and quality records.
• Identifying, documenting, and following up on non-conformances (NCRs) and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Coordinating with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients on quality-related matters.
• Monitoring workmanship and construction activities to identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Assisting in quality audits and ensuring compliance with applicable construction standards, project requirements, and company procedures.
• Maintaining proper records of inspections, testing activities, and quality

What we're looking for

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Preferably 3–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures, ISO 9001, ITP, Method Statements and NCR.
• Experience in site inspections, material testing and quality documentation.
• Able to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
