SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN

We are looking for an experienced Senior Draughtsman to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and coordinating M&E technical drawings to support project implementation and site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) drawings based on design requirements and project specifications.
• Review and amend drawings based on comments from engineers, consultants and site teams.
• Coordinate M&E drawings with architectural, structural and other engineering disciplines.
• Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies and potential site clashes.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and the main contractor on drawing-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.
• Provide technical drawing support for site coordination and project implementation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Draughting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Good understanding of M&E systems, technical drawings and construction details.
• Able to work independently, manage drawing submissions and meet project deadlines.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and good at coordination.
