MECHANICAL ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical works, site coordination and ensuring the smooth execution of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical installation works at the project site.
• Coordinate mechanical works with the main contractor, consultants and subcontractors.
• Review and verify mechanical drawings, technical submissions and specifications.
• Handle mechanical-related procurement and material coordination.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Attend site inspections and project coordination meetings.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates and meeting minutes.
• Identify and resolve mechanical-related site issues and coordination matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E projects.
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems, installation and site supervision.
• Able to read, interpret and review technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
• Independent, responsible and able to manage site matters with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work at project sites or treatment plants when required.
