SITE ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and standards
• Familiarity with scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring.
• Ability to work under pressure, in challenging site conditions, and on rotation-based postings.
• Proficient in basic construction software, drawings interpretation, and technical reporting.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, earthworks, drainage, and structural elements.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Plan and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely work execution.
• Monitor construction progress against schedule and identify critical path activities.
• Manage site documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and materials delivery records.
• Assist in QA/QC checks and liaise with site QA/QC Engineer on testing and inspection schedules.
• Support the preparation of site-based claims, extensions of time (EOT), and variation orders (VO).
